Front vents - Part Four

I have completed the bottom vent. I put two pieces of wood in the back of the vent surround. I cut slots for the louvres to fit into and I cut the vent surround away so that the wood blocks could fit. I then slipped in the plastic louvres and put two pieces of ABS onto the back. Finally I gave the whole assembly a coat of white undercoat.
